Angela will lead you through a unique blend of dance, kundalini yoga, and tai chi designed to clear and balance the chakras before ending with a Vigyana Bhairava tantric dance, breathwork and meditation.
Session 1: Carlie uses spiritual technology to help you gently root out and dissolve unhelpful problems, beliefs, traumas and self imposed limitations. You can turn problems into projects or dissolve them completely in 1-2 sessions.
~Potato Masala Dosas: Indian crepe of fermented rice and lentils.
~Idli: soft and light steamed round cakes with a fermented rice and lentil butter.
~Lentil soup: made with potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, indian spices and seeds.
A blend of organic greens from the island of Lanai with blueberries and mango. Olive oil/vinaigrette are optional.

Session 2: MINDSHIFTING® with Carlie and movement therapy.
Angela will lead a restorative and gentle blend of relaxing yin with bandhas and mudras from Rishikesh to release energy and deepen the body, mind and soul connection.
A traditional Indian practice of devotional chanting and singing led by Joviel. This version of Kirtan uses vibrations from positive affirmation mantras to link the body and pranic energy while the mind observes and absorbs.
Take a moment to ground and walk around outside before coming back in for a final meditative sound bath.
Joviel will use crystal bowls to promote a deep state of relaxation in a transcendental sound bath.
We will close out the retreat with a few minutes of rolling Oms led by all 3 facilitators before parting ways.
